FAQ
what is included?
First thing we will do is set up a phone call to discuss your vision for the shoot. I will ask you to create a little "vision board" so that I can see your preference and style when it comes to posing, lighting, setting, etc. Within 72 hours of our shoot, I'll be available to guide you through wardrobe ideas and anything else that you may be needing guidance on. On the day of our shoot, I'll make sure that everyone involved feels at ease and comfortable in their own body and in front of the camera. I work lovingly and efficiently. Within two weeks of our shoot, you'll receive your own private online gallery where you'll be able to download any photos of your choosing.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I live in Oakland, California and yes! I love to travel. If the shoot takes place in Oakland or Berkeley, no travel fee will be applied. If I am traveling beyond Oakland/Berkeley, a travel fee will be applied. I charge $25/hr of driving plus gas/tolls. Gas rate for my car is about .25 cents per mile.
When will we get our photos?
For photoshoots that last 1-2 hours, I aim to deliver your private online gallery within 2 weeks (sometimes it takes more time depending on the season I photograph you). You can download all the photos from the gallery and also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
Wedding & Elopement galleries are delivered within 90 days of event date. Sneak Peaks are delivered within one week of event.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 30-minute session, you will receive between 50-75 edited images. For every hour of shooting, you will receive 100-150 edited images.
Side note: Final images are edited for tone & lighting but will not include detailed retouching work. Laugh lines and smile lines are a beautiful sight on the face. They are a symbol of joy. A lifetime of laughter and smiling results in small lines at the corners of the mouth and around the eyes. If you are hoping that I'll erase those beautiful lines, I charge $25 extra per image.
